Rev. Don Bailey, associate pastor at Saint Andrew’s Chapel in Sanford, Fla., taught from John 6:1–14 during the weekly chapel service at Reformation Bible College recently. He reminded students that our problems don’t go away just because we are doing kingdom work. The nature of ministry is demanding, but God has the power to supply His servants with what they truly need. As Pastor Bailey put it, “Jesus is sufficient for every need we will ever have.” Often, we take things for granted, but the feeding of the five thousand should remind us that it is God who brings forth bread and who provided for us the Passover Lamb, the bread of life. So, we look to Him for every need and take faith and confidence in Christ.
